"Wanted to get an explanation of my bill because I did not see that a bill generated for the month of September I thought it was the system's fault not knowing that it was merged with my October bill. So the lady proceeded on saying "it IS my fault" . She needs to choose her words more wisely in how she talks to customers. You dont know what people are going through trying to make " ends meet" its hard in this economy so just a pleasant customer service experience will help eleviate everyday stress. I I usually have good service with Jeff Glover, but this time it was a very nasty experience. Please do better moving forward"

"I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Glover over 25 years ago. I was amazed by the personal care he give us setting up a policy for my new born. 3 years ago I had to make that Dreadful that a love one passed. He made sure everything was smooth and stress less so that my family could grieve . Im was thankful for this and still today have many Policies with his office. The customer service of everyone working there is top-notch. They make it convenient and easy for all types of policies when it’s time to use them. Thank you, Jeff Glover , everyone at his office and the entire State Farm family."
